The leaks of Windows 8 are reportedly bootable images and come from Microsoft. They do not have the activation key embedded into the installer like previous versions have had. Although Microsoft managed to hide most of it's internal builds during Beta phase, it seems that as soon as the RTM versions showed up they have started to leak as usual.
Officialy, Windows Server 2012 won't launch until Sempteber 5, and Windows 8 on October 26. MSDN users still can download the Release Preview and apparently upgrade it to RTM when it becomes available for download. If nothing of that is available to you, and you have strong desire to see what the Windows 8 RTM looks like, here is a youtube video from Winbeta .org which gives you a small walkthrough.
[Ed- the same things happened shortly after the annoucement of Windows 7 RTM. It is the pattern in much the same way as the leaks of movies happen more frequently during award cycles. We are not surprised to see this hit now and fully expect to see Office 2013 drop in the next few weeks as well.]
