AMOLED screen to increase their presence

AMOLED screens should become more prevalent in smartphones in the coming years. At least that show forecasts analyst firm IHS iSupply, which could be valid up to 2017. The delivery of AMOLED screens for mobile devices should double over the current state.

Deliveries according to forecasts should increase from 195.1 million units this year to 447.7 million screens by 2017, and growth should be the most affected by the of high-end smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S line. The largest share of AMOLED screens for mobile devices (24.4 percent by 2017) will have high-resolution screens from 4 inches or larger.
