The Korean company had decided that it should be the red gold color combined with the classic white or black casing (codenamed "rose gold white" or "rose gold black"), and "merlot red." The first two versions are only minor variations on existing color, which will have silver accents replaced with the gold one. The version with the red color will have the entire case in "merlot red."
The new colors will first appear in the Chinese market, and later in other countries where it will be distributed according to demand, say from Samsung. Prices and hardware specifications will not be changed.
