New line of smaller GoPro cameras comes to the masses

According to the manufacturer, the GoPro Hero3+ camera is 20% smaller, and also lighter when compared to the previous model. The new version comes with enhanced battery that should provide 30% more recording timr between charges. Along with the battery, camera lens have been enhanced too, they added new features which can be activated while shooting.

Black Edition camera has the option of taking pictures at a resolution of 12 MP, while video recording in 4K quality. Cheaper Silver Edition supports shooting at up to 10 MP and video recording in 1080p format at 60fps. The cheapest model is the White Edition cameras that can shoot 5MP resolution photos and video in 1080p format at 30fps. All three cameras have a built-in Wi-Fi, while the Black Edition comes with a Wi-Fi remote control.

The most advanced Hero3+ Black Edition comes at a price of 449 euros, Hero3+ Silver Edition costs 349 euros, while the cheapest Hero3+ White Edition will "only" cost 249 euros.
