Still it seems that the upsurge of inexpensive “all-in-one” cooling units has taken away from some of their business. This is the same type of thing that has happened to companies like Turtle Beach and Creative Labs. The demand for high-quality water cooling products has dropped off as PC sales have slumped and “good enough” products are coming out. A notice on Danger Den’s web page simply says:
After 12 years our hobby has come to an end.
It’s time to pursue other interests and Danger Den will be closing its doors.

The news has spread around the modding and enthusast communities and has been met with sadness to see the company go. If you want to grab a last piece of Danger Den history they are offering all of their stock at 75% off until November 5th. Of course that is if you can get to their website. When we tried this morning it was unavailable due to traffic. This is not surprising considering how popular they are with both modders and enthusiasts. After the 5th, we are guessing that they will be gone. This truly is a shame. We wish Dan, Jeremy, Dennis and Rokk all the best in their new endeavors.
