So far, for the publication of games on this platform was necessary to allocate $99, but now all those interested can download the free SDK package and completely free start to develop games and then release them free of charge.  PlayStation Mobile platform refers to a game console PlayStation Vita and a few Android smartphones and tablets with PlayStation certification.
