However this also shows that Microsoft is ready to do almost anything to keep their WP8 OS in a somewhat acceptable position, with tendency to improve it of course. It is certainly in Microsoft's interest to get as many popular apps like Instagram as they can in order to get more customers to buy their new smartphones. if Instagram really is not working on this app Microsoft will have to talk with them about licensing the Instagram brand and content because they can’t produce new app without solving a few legal issues with the original app makers.
There are also many rumors about the new Nokia PureMotion video, some users believed that one of the icons on the display is the Instagram icon, some have stated that it's Vimeo; honestly no one knows what it really is. We will have to wait for Lumia's launch on November 2nd or longer if it is not already implemented before the launch. So what do you see in this video of new PureMotion technology, Instagram, Vimeo, or WeAreBetterThaniOSandAndroid app?
[Ed – The inclusion of Instagram into WP8 is not really going to make people leave Android or iOS. These choices are becoming more of a personal statement these days. People are proud of their devices and their place in the market. Simply take a look at the number of sites dedicated to these two mobile operating systems and you can see what we mean. Windows Phone does not have that same loyalty with consumers nor are they in place in the enterprise like they used to be. Nokia and WP8 could have a very rough time in the market despite positive early reviews.]
