According to latest information, Google has already tested prototypes whose phone specifications should be in the range of top models from other manufacturers. Motorola X Phone reportedly has a strong and durable Kevlar casing which is modeled on the current line of Motorola's Droid Razr. Some sources are suggesting that it might also be waterproof like Sony's Xperia Z.

The device should have a 4.8 inch screen in full HD resolution, a robust battery of more than 3,000 mAh, high quality camera based on Sony Exmor sensor and plenty of space for storage – there is plan for a model with 128 GB of internal memory and microSD slot memory card supposedly. The processor will satisfy today’s standard of four cores, while the operating system should be the much anticipated Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
