Devices boast with eye-catching design, Toshiba combined a very narrow edge with great looking silver color. All three devices offer two HDMI connectors (one supports MHL technology, designed for playing content from tablets and smartphones), USB interface through which they can perform multimedia playback, and a combination of analog and digital TV tuner.
Main dowside is the lack of Smart option and DLNA. Beside L5 series, Toshiba presented M9 series too, which contains from 58, 65 and 85 inch Ultra HD 4K TVs which are selling for £3000, £5500 and £14,000 respectively ($4669.50, $8560.75, and $21790.99) . They all work with Toshiba's CEVO 4k engine, have a smart TV functionality and use HDMI 1.4, but according to Toshiba they will soon implement software upgrade to support HDMI 2.0. Debut at the European market is expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
