The presentation will be held by Don Mattrick, manager of Microsoft's interactive entertainment (which includes the Xbox), and the Xbox development team will be to participate in the launch of the new console. Microsoft decided to come last with the presentation of the new generation consoles, Nintendo's Wii U was released for sale late last year, while more details on Sony PlayStation 4 were released in February.
Introducing the new Xbox will be held three weeks before the start of E3 in Los Angeles, where are also expected presentation of console's capabilities and upcoming games. At the presentation, Microsoft will, beside disclosure of technical specifications, most likely devote a lot of time for other multimedia features of the next-gen Xbox, and announce the streaming of events live via Xbox Live, and Spike TV.
