Has the time come for Android based Nokia phones?

Nokia is developing an Android device , atleast according to sources close to the manufacturer. One of the smartphones on which Nokia is currently working carries codename Normandy, and it is a unit intended for the lower price range. Also, it was revealed that Nokia uses custom Android, rather than the Google's version, something like Amazon is using for its Kindle Fire tablet.

Gaming monitors from BenQ

BenQ XL2411Z and XL2420Z and come with 24 inch Full HD display, 16:9 aspect ratio, contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a brightness of 300 cd/m2. Viewing angle is 170 degrees horizontally and 160 degrees vertically, also vertically refresh rate of the 100 , 120 and 144 Hz is there, while the response of the screen is 1 ms (GtG). The screen can display 16.7 million colors and has a W-LED backlighting.

Demo version not a "must" anymore on Xbox Live

Development teams who want their games to be included in the Xbox Live offer of Arcade games on Xbox 360 had to make sure to offer players a demo version so that everyone could try out a game before buying. Microsoft was the one that insisted on this practice but not so long after the release of Xbox One they confirmed that this practice will become a past tense.

Professional hard drives as reliable as home edition ones

Backblaze company, specialized in storage solutions on the Internet , has conducted a study which concluded that hard disk drives designed for professional use are not more reliable than equivalent models designed for home users. Backblaze measured the reliability according to the number of failures per drive per year, which a disc-year represents, for example, the work of one disk for a period of one year or four disks working four years.

The Pirate Bay changed domain again

Controversial torrent service Pirate Bay once again changed the domain. Latest  .sx domain the Pirate Bay was on, was registered in the Dutch part of the Caribbean island of St. Martin (Sint Maarten), was seized probably due to the commitment and the impact of BREIN, a Dutch organization for copyright protection.
