Asus at the Computex show introduced two new all-in-one computers. Computers come with a 23 or 27 inch screen, and are equipped with the latest generation of Intel processors (codenamed Haswell).
Unofficial photos of HTC's smartphone called HTC One Mini appeared on the internet, after rumors that were circulating for some time. Photos were published by Estonian blog Forte and on them we can see that thr device's design is very similar to One, but of course something smaller.
The previously announced Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with seven-inch diagonal screen will be joined by two more models. Their screens will have a diagonal of 8 and 10.1 inches, and both will have a screen resolution of 800x1280 pixels. 8 inch Samsung Tab 3 is envisioned as a lightweight device for reproduction of multimedia content, primarily written.
There are sharks in the waters of the social networking seas. Of course this is not news to anyone that can read or that has paid any attention to malware trends over the last few years. The sharks have hunters in the form of security companies. However as we all know security companies can miss things and are never ahead of the bad guys. At almost every Apple event there was a big reveal at the end. This was typically preceded by Steve Jobs making saying “just one more thing”. Well Apple had an interesting day yesterday and in keeping with their pattern there is “just one more thing”. On top of the mountain of evidence that Apple coordinated the eBook price fixing deal with five publishers and the news that Apple iOS devices are susceptible to malware via their charging systems we are also hearing that Samsung has won a product ban against some Apple products from the International Trade Commission.
