It manifests through the inability to use the camera, and according to statements by customers, it appears randomly. Once the device displays a warning, the camera can no longer be used, and the user can't correct the problem by reinstalling the applications or restarting or setting the device to its default settings.
Samsung decided to make a statement about the issue, and said that they are aware that a limited number of Galaxy S5 users are reporting this problem. Customers are invited to return the devices and take advantage of the warranty terms.
