USB 3.1 to arrive by the end of the year

There are a number of users who are constantly having problems with USB connectors, because it's simply always turned upside down, which can certainly be beyond irritating when you are in a hurry.

If you have such problems then we have some good news for you. By the end of this year on store shelves should arrive first devices that will bear a new USB connector. Much like Apple's new Lightning connector, USB 3.1 (Type-C) will be able to connected either way, and so save the occasional seconds of your time.

That's obviously not the only improvement over the older USB 3.0, so in addition USB 3.1 will support up to twice higher data transfer speeds which will amount to 10 Gbps.
