Play Music comes out for Google Glass

Written by

Reading time is around minutes.

Official Play Music app for Google Glass is available for download and installation through MyGlass application.

The application brings support for voice commands, so if you want the people around you to listen to your musical taste, you can simply run a song by issuing voice commands like "OK, Glass, listen to ..." after which before your eyes will appear the list of albums, artists, songs and playlists that you previously imported to Google Play Music service. With further voice commands, you can select the music file you want to play.

Since the application itself is free, Google decided to create additional income through specially designed stereo headset that can be easily integrated within the glasses. For such handsets (in addition to $1.500 for the glasses) is required to set aside an additional $85.
