Rahul Sood moves to Razer

rahulRahul Sood has become a strategic advisor of Razer management in all business segments. His assignments are related to global business sales, marketing and product development, and it was exactly Sood, according to Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan, who was the inspiration for the company's entry into the gaming computers such as tablet Edge and notebooks Blade.

Although he was the driver of many startups from various technology segments, from networking technologies to educational software and solutions for medical facilities, Rahul Sood is best known as the founder of VoodooPC. The latter company started its operations in 1991, and sold exclusive desktops and laptops for the hardcore gamers and enthusiasts in 2006. It was later bought by Hewlett-Packard. The influence of design and solutions from VoodooPC can be seen today in some HP laptops from Envy product line.
 

In addition, Sood was from 2011. employed as a director in Microsoft Interactive Entertainment Business division, and last year launched a startup incubator called Microsoft Bing Fund, and as of this month, Microsoft is leading the global startup team and centers in China, India, Israel, Seattle and Washington.
