According to the New York Times, an employee of Samsung revealed to them that Samsung's new Galaxy S IV phone will have a pretty interesting new feature, the "eye tracking" or monitoring the movement made by pupils in the eye. The Galaxy S IV will be launched on the 14th of March in New York.

Using a monitoring system that tracks user’s view by camera, the Galaxy S IV will then be able to determine when you finish reading text on the screen, and will therefore scroll the page so that you can continue to read without the need for tapping the screen. The same source also said that the main star of the new phones will be software in bigger part, rather than hardware as many would expect.

Given that Samsung was granted two patents related to tracking eye movements last year, "Eye Scroll" and "Eye Pause", this rumor has a good foundation, and it could indeed be a new feature found in the Galaxy S IV, and pose as one of the main promotional weapons, as Siri was for iPhone once.
