For HTC confirmed that they hired Paul Golden who is one of the former Samsung employees. He is a marketing expert who led Samsung's marketing department in the United States from 2008 to 2012, which is the period when Galaxy line faced greatest expansion.
HTC puts all their hopes in One M8
Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer HTC has announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2014. The report says that the trend of falling income and accumulating losses continued. The total income of the company from January to March this year amounted to one billion U.S. dollars, while they recorded a loss of 62 million USD.

HTC today officially unveiled a new of their flagship device HTC One. Now officially known as the HTC One Mini, the new device brings the 4.3'' screen with 720p Super LCD screen, unlike his older brother who has a 1080p screen. As for the specs, the device has a dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 Ghz, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of memory storage that can not be upgraded.

Unofficial photos of HTC's smartphone called HTC One Mini appeared on the internet, after rumors that were circulating for some time. Photos were published by Estonian blog Forte and on them we can see that thr device's design is very similar to One, but of course something smaller.

HTC has officially announced the release of smartphones with Google's factory version of the operating system Android. The device bears the name HTC One Nexus User Experience and will be on sale from 26th June through an online store Google Play.
HTC's worst ever quarter profit in Q1 2013

HTC finished yet another quarter with very slim profit, which is in fact the weakest in company's history. According to Bloomberg, in the first three months of this year, the Taiwanese manufacturer has achieved earnings in the amount of only $2.8 million, which is nothing if you compare it to Samsungs expected earning for the same quarter of $7.7 billion.

If you believe the sources close to HTC, the launch of their most advanced smartphone yet, model named One, could be postponed. Sources suggest there will be fewer devices produced than it was planned, and that should cause delay in deliveries to certain smaller markets, while in developed markets One will be much harder to obtain.
