Believe it or not, thanks to Windows 8, PC sales have just gone through the biggest decline in the past 20 years. These sales, combined with the increasing popularity of tablets, beg the question:  is Windows 8 going to destroy the PC Market?
I own a PC that came with Windows 8, and I can tell you, I wasn't pleasantly surprised when I began to use the operating system. Lets take a look at why or why not PCs might be on their way out.

Google updated Google Maps

Google has officially unveiled the new Google Maps for devices with the Android operating system. The user interface has undergone a complete redesign and now looks a lot cleare. They also removed well known sidebar, which allows you to view map over the full screen. New version of the application has improved navigation and like Waze points to incidents in traffic, and will also inform you if a better route to the destination becomes available.

Jelly Bean usage has surpassed Gingerbread

Google's latest operating system for mobile devices, Android Jelly Bean, has finally surpassed Gingerbread and has become the most common version of Android. According to data published by Google, Jelly Bean now holds approximately 37.9% of the share among all Android versions, while the share of Gingerbread is 34.1%.
