5 million Galaxy Note 3 Phones shipped

That demand for phablets is certainly present, once again was shown by deliveries of Samsung devices. In the first month of sales, the Galaxy Note 3 was shipped in over five million copies, according to Samsung.

Tim Cook is starting to backpedal on the way that Apple views the market. There was a time when Apple liked to talk up the number of units they shipped and their market share. It was Apple’s pride and joy and they used it often to show the power of their brand. However, after the death of Steve jobs things have started to slide. Businessman Tim Cook has not had the same presence that Jobs had. Their product releases have not been of the same style that Jobs had and Apple has suffered from it.

Samsung for 10th November announced the release version of their Galaxy Tab tablet designed for children. Device called the Galaxy Tab 3 Kids comes in green and yellow, has a 7 inch screen with a 1024×600 resolution, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1G of RAM and 8GB of storage.

Looks like Google will soon get a competition in eye apparel section from the Korean giant Samsung. According to The Wall Street Journal, Samsung in Korea filed a patent application for the glasses that are connected with a smart mobile phone.

Samsung likes Green

According to information coming from Samsung, new Green DDR4 memory should be available by August next year. Compared to the existing DDR3 memory operating at speeds of 1866 MHz, the new DDR4 memory will maintain a speed of 2133 MHz.
