Galaxy Tab 7.0 from its bigger brother differs only in that it has 8 GB of free storage space and battery of 4450 mAh. The device with the largest screen diagonal that should be presented is the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. It will differ from the 8 inch model by the amount of working memory, all versions of this device will have 1.5 GB of memory, and along with the 3 megapixel front camera available with the 8 inch model, it will also have a rear camera of 8 megapixels.
More information on these devices should be revealed at the upcoming Mobile World Congress which will take place in Barcelona.

The alleged specifications of three new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 models were revealed that belong to the middle price segment of the market. The first of them, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0 4 should have an 8 inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels, a processor with four cores running at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM (1.5 GB or in a version that supports LTE mobile network), 16 GB of free space for data storage and a microSD card slot. There is also a 3 megapixel front camera, 6800 mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
