Within the new G Pad there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 SoC with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.7 GHz. The device has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage memory. The operating system is Android version 4.2.2, so the system will not be coming with the latest 4.3 version of Jelly Bean.
Special feature of the device is the Qpair option that allows pairing tablets with some other smartphone which allows you to manage calls and text messages on the screen of the tablet. G Pad 8.3 will be available in white and black colors on European, Asian and North American markets in the fourth quarter of this year. Details about the price of the device are likely to be released next week at the IFA 2013 conference being held in Berlin.
