And while the iOS 7 breaks records, record sales awaits new iPhone devices 5S and 5C too. Analysts from Piper Jaffray believe that in the first three days of the availability of new devices Apple sold between five and six million copies. To be specific on the models, there should be two and a half million copies of iPhone 5s sold, while the slightly cheaper iPhone 5C should be sold in about three million copies. This would result, if true, in a 20% better sales than that was achieved by the launch of iPhone 5.
For comparison, back in 2007 when the first iPhone was launched, Apple waited 74 days for the first million copies to be sold.
