The computer comes with an AMD Bolton M3 chipset, A8-5557M Processor clocked at 2.1 GHz, and AMD Radeon R9 M275X graphics card with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. The computer has two SO-DIMM DDR3L memory slots in which you can install a maximum of 16 GB of RAM (1600 MHz). It has built-in support for Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and Gigabit LAN.
For additional extensions they provided four USB 3.0 ports (two on the front and two on the back), and one Mini DisplayPort and HDMI connector. Within the computer can be installed one 2.5 inches hard drive. On the chassis there is a VESA mount so it can be easily mounted on the back of your TV or monitor. The computer would soon be on sale at the still unknown price.
[Ed - The Brix comes in many flavors including one that was shown off as a Steam Machine. It will be interesting to see if Gigabyte can leverage the Brix into a money maker. Time will tell...]
