Record houses fille a lawsuit against Pandora

Several record companies filed a lawsuit against an Internet radio service Pandora due to the use of old songs without permission. Sony, Universal, Warner Music and independent houses ABKCO (owner of many of the early songs of the Rolling Stones) have accused Pandora of using songs recorded before February  15, 1972. without paying a license.

7 Million PS4s sold, Xbox One still at 5...

Sid Shuman from Sony Computer Entertainment revealed that the PlayStation 4 was so far sold in more than 7 million copies worldwide. Software sales also marked an increase amounting to 20.5 million copies sold through the PS Store and in standard retail stores. Shortly after Microsoft responded with their sales results which are a bit lower, 5 million consoles sold worldwide which are followed by 2.9 games on each console.

HTC hires former Samsung Employee and Galaxy Designer Paul Golden

For HTC confirmed that they hired Paul Golden who is one of the former Samsung employees. He is a marketing expert who led Samsung's marketing department in the United States from 2008 to 2012, which is the period when Galaxy line faced greatest expansion.

Streaming music service Spotify since its beginnings in 2008 strongly relied on P2P (Peer-to-Peer) network, but times are changing.  Music  reproduction on Spotify desktop client was so far carried out in three ways: through the files stored in the cache of computers, via Spotify servers or through another user via P2P networks.
