Glasses include earphones, which should allow users to listen to conversations or music from their phone. On the lenses they should display information from a mobile phone, and their transparency depends on the currently used functions.

Samsung's smart glasses somewhat resemble the Google Glass, but the patent application are intended more as a supplement to a smart phone than a standalone device. For now there is no information whether Samsung is preparing specific devices based on this patent application.
