NEC declares a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, brightness of 300 cd/m2 and 6 ms response time come along with 100 percent covered display of sRGB color gamut,while the screen can be positioned and adjusted by height and angle, also it has a pivot option. There are also in-picture functionality, ControlSync for panoramic configuration, sensor for ambient light and user presence and support for Energy Star 5.1 and TCO 6.0.
Users will have a total of six video inputs at disposal - one DisplayPort and HDMI/MHL, and two DVI-D and VGA connectors. Also it has an integrated stereo speakers and the USB 2.0 hub with four connectors. NEC for this monitor gives a three-year warranty, while its sales are expected to start in early May at a price of $799.
