Prices of Ivy Bridge-E processors appeared

The X79 platform will soon become the latest collection of Intel's ultra high-end CPU processors. The line will be launched on 6th of September this year and first processors that will occur are the Core i7-4960X, Core i7-4930K and Core i7-4820K.

The first two processors will be six-core units with speeds of 3.6 GHz and 3.4 GHz, and 15MB/12MB of memory cache. Core i7-4820K is a quad-core CPU with a clock speed of 3.7 GHz and 10 MB of smart cache. They will use the LGA 2011 socket, and will work with existing motherboards on which users will have to upgrade the BIOS.
According to VR-Zone portal, which received these information from the U.S. retailers, prices range from 310-990 U.S. dollars. so anyone who wants to enjoy the high-performance Intel processors within their needs will have an opportunity to come into a possession of one.
