HP in the final quarter of this fiscal year achieved revenues of 29.1 billion dollars. This result is a billion dollars better when compared to analysts' expectations.
However, the result is a 3-percent drop compared to the same period a year earlier. Earnings in the amount of $1.4 billion represents an improvement compared to nearly seven billion loss in the period a year earlier.
