According to available information, producers can meet only 20% of HTC's demand for components used in the creation of the module for the camera. This will cause less shipping of the smartphone than planned and in the coming months they will be able to deliver between 800,000 and 1.2 million copies of this unit, sources said.

HTC has announced the global launch on the March 15, but according to new information, in many markets the device will not be available until at least May. Looks like HTC does not need other competitors in the high end smartphone field to create them problems, since they can do it just by themselves.
