Microsoft Moving to Two Factor Authentication For Their Accounts

Well, well, well Microsoft is catching up to companies like Google when it comes to attempting to secure user accounts. Although many of the steps they stated they were going to take are still in the development stage we are at least hearing that they will be implementing two-factor authentication (TFA) for their Microsoft Account Services. This move is behind Google and a few others that use either an app or a key token to generate a random number which is used to verify your identity. The move comes as many are criticizing Microsoft for making such a big push to the cloud.

Will Microsoft Announce the Next Generation Xbox In May?

If you were worried about Microsoft’s response to the new PlayStation 4 you can rest easy... Well you can start to think about resting easy. You see although

Microsoft has not (and will not) officially talked the next generation Xbox (that everyone is calling the Xbox 720 for now) we are hearing that this new product will be released in May. If this rumor is true it still does not give us much more than a possible moth that the new console will be released and a few rumors on what might be inside.

Even though the first information about the new Far Cry came on April fools day, looks like they were not joke. Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is very much based on the concepts of Far Cry 3, but now it is certain that it is not an expansion, but an entirely new standalone title. In the description of the game on the Xbox Marketplace stands the tha game takes place in a bizarre retro-futuristic island, and this time we're in the role of Sergeant Rex Colt.
