Crytek has finally officially announced its new game Arena of Fate, confirming that at the release will be available for the PC and the next gen consoles. Arena of Fate is a fantasy MOBA (although Crytek describes only multiplayer title) in which two teams of five players compete in the quest for dominance. The game will offer us a number of well-known and popular characters such as Frankenstein, Jack the Ripper and Baron Munchhausen.
Samsung has quietly started shutting down its Music Hub service for streaming and purchase of music from Samsung which is intended to compete with popular services such as iTunes and Spotify. However, they did not manage to compete with them so they decided the time has come to say goodbye.
Years after similar technology was implemented by their main competitor, YouTube, Vimeo has unveiled its tools to combat illegal video content. This video service introduced a system called Copyright Match, which is used to protect copyrights. In line with its policy to encourage the setting up of original and high-quality video content, the new service will fight distributing pirated content such as TV series, movies, or sporting events, without obtaining copyrights for them.
Valve's streaming service came out of beta, which means that everyone interested can sream content from the main PC to other devices in the home. Steam In-Home Streaming also opens up the possibility to play game titles for Windows PC on Mac OS X, Linux and SteamOS devices, and of course the weaker hardware devices, netbooks, laptops or HTPC devices.
Company Bubbli, which is responsible for the Bubbli application, has announced that they have officially become part of the company Dropbox. Their iOS application allows you to capture interactive, three-dimensional, spherical image which they called Bubbles.
