Did Microsoft Steal The Live Tile design?

windows-8

Microsoft is being sued over the ideas behind the company's entire visual identity, which is the base functionality of their new operating systems. The lawsuit is about the "live tiles" on the Windows Phone and Windows 8 interface. Two years ago, while advertising Windows Phone 7, Microsoft introduced the concept of "live tiles" that were used as a building block of the mobile interface of the OS and associated applications. The concept has now been extended to both Windows 8 and Microsoft's entire visual identity is based on the principle of simplicity, promoting "live tiles“.

Stanford scientist develop solar cells made completely of carbon

MonocrystallineSolarPanel

Once again it comes to carbon nanotubes and this time we find it combined with graphene [something we expect to see in CPUs soon –Ed]. Scientists have created a solar cell designed like sandwich in which the electrodes are made of graphene (a special honeycomb structure of carbon atoms just one atom thick) and carbon nanotubes. Between the electrodes there is special photoactive layer. This photoactive layer is composed of carbon molecules one nanometer in diameter. Otherwise, these molecules form a soccer ball called "buckyballs." The end result is that the whole solar cell made from carbon.

mega

The new site from Kim Dotcom made for file sharing will be called Mega and I will be located at the web address me.ga. iPad Mini X

Often times consumers are duped into the allure of Apple on the grounds that they are supposedly getting superior product. There is an assumption that because it is an “Apple” product, rather than Android or any other competitor, it is made out of superior parts.
