Siri in Chevrolet cars… well sort of

Chevrolet-Spark-and-Sonic-Siri

At the auto show which is being held in Los Angeles, General Motors announced that Siri, Apple's voice assistant that is available to users of the iPhone 4S and 5, iPad Mini with Retina and the fifth-generation iPod Touch, will be integrated into models of Chevrolet Spark and Sonic at the begining of next year (2013).

Ubisoft wants new consoles

Ubisoft’s boss Yves Guillemot believes that the current generation of consoles has reached the end of their lives and that the market urgently needs new hardware. He said this in an interview with the Polygon. He feels that the current generation of consoles has simply been here for too long and it is about time that the market receives the next generation of the consoles.

LG bringing their own full HD smartphone to the market

According to Korean newspapers, LG is preparing the successor of its smartphone the Optimus G. A new device that will compete with Samsung's Galaxy S IV should be launched in about 6 months. It is not yet known what name it will carry, but we will call it the Optimus G2 for now since the G one is their top model. The new device should be a high end smartphone with some impressive features.

Verizon does not want to rat on porn downloaders

Every once in a while a producer of pornographic content starts trying to take legal action against pirates. They typically focus on users of BitTorrent and similar protocols. Practically any person who has downloaded any content through BitTorrent could automatically be considered a pirate [Although this is far from reality as there are many legitimate uses for BitTorrent – Ed]. However, due to procedural and other errors they are somehow unsuccessful in their intentions.
