Apple, the big company that likes to brag about their “originality” and accuse everybody else of stealing their ideas, apparently stole something from Switzerland. This is the country famous for inventing clocks and watches, and not just any kind of it, but truly of the highest quality and with beautiful design. Now, the Swiss Federal Railways have accused Apple that of copying their official railway clock.
Apple has filed a patent on motion based charging, that would be working on the principles of electromagnetic induction. In theory that would mean that users can simply charge their phones while walking or making any sort of movement that will cause the induction process to start making electricity and charge the battery. Theoretically is means you would never run out of battery as long as you continue moving. This could be serious competition to NFC that comes with new smartphones today; maybe it would even surpass it. However, this is not as simple as it sounds. To cause induction you need a copper coil and a magnet that will move inside of it. If you consider that you need to create this inside the iPhone you have to wonder where on earth will they put it?

Storage capacity is 16GB which cannot be expanded with microSD cards. NFC, WiFi a/b/g/n and LTE (NA only) or HSPA+/DC-HSDPA (EMEA) are also supported. To take care of sound they brought in Beats Audio that gives the phone decent multimedia boost.

As the Apple vs Samsung clash rages on with the release of the new iPhone 5, plenty of rumors have started to circulate. One of these is that Samsung will be releasing a new device, the Galaxy S4 in February 2013. The first thing that comes to mind is, “Why would they even need a new device when the “old” S3 beats the iPhone 5 any day“. Of course Samsung has stated that these rumors are simply not true. If the rumors were true, the S4 would just stomp the new iPhone and there would be no decent competition on the horizon.
